Smooth chicken liver pate with a red onion chutney and toasted brioche
Roasted cherry tomatoes, fresh basil and mozzarella en-croute

Main Course

Roast top side of beef and yorkshire pudding
Roast loin of pork with sage and onion stuffing
Smoked haddock chowder with crisp garlic bread
Grilled cod fillet with saute potatoes,chorizo sausage and corriander leaves
Wild mushroom and stilton risotto with basil and pesto

All main courses served with seasonable vegetables and potatoes
